Frequently asked questions
Which devices can we use?
Hosts use a laptop or desktop with a current browser. Participants use a smartphone browser. No specialist handset is required; check your devices and venue connection before an event.
Do we need an internet connection?
Yes. The host and participants need a stable internet connection throughout the session. Venue Wi-Fi or mobile data can be used; offline play is not included.
How do the licence limits work?
Each licence specifies named hosts, venues and participants per session. A host can run one live session at a time. Each additional licence provides a separate allocation; participant limits do not combine into a larger session.
What support is included?
Email support covers licence queries and guidance on the question editor, session setup and host controls. Contact [email protected]. On-site hosting and a guaranteed response time are not included.
Will my licence renew automatically?
No. Each licence runs for 12 months from the agreed activation date. Renewing requires a new purchase. There is no recurring monthly charge or automatic renewal.
Can I cancel a licence?
Email us before activation to request cancellation and a full refund. After activation, business licences are not refundable for a change of mind. This does not limit any rights or remedies that apply by law. Activation arrangements are agreed separately.
